Whether you’re brand new to movement or looking to level up, our cycling and barre classes are designed for every body and every level. We believe fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating, and we’re here to meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey. Yes! All of our classes are designed for every level, whether you’re brand new or experienced. Our instructors guide you through everything and help with setup if needed.

For bike, you need a water, a towel (for sweat, if you want it!), and cycle shoes. Our bike class requires you to clip in with SPD cleats. No worries, if you don't have a pair! Cycle shoes are available for rent for $5.
For barre, you will just need to bring yourself and water for hydration. All equipment is provided. Grippy socks are encouraged but not required.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can help you get set up and comfortable. For the safety of our clients and instructors, our studio doors lock at the start of class and will not be reopened once class begins so please plan to arrive early!

We get it - life happens. We ask that you cancel 8 hours before class to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 8 hours of class time will result in a $12 late cancel fee.
If you’re signed up and don’t show up for the class, a $16 no-show fee will apply.
We appreciate your understanding as this helps us manage class sizes and waitlists fairly!

When you add yourself to the waitlist, you’re confirming that you’re available to attend class if a spot opens up, even with short notice. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added into the class and notified by email. This can happen up to 2 hours before the class so we recommend checking your email prior to class to be safe.
Once you’re moved into the class, our cancellation policy and no-show policy does apply.

All of our classes are beginner-friendly! Our instructors offer modifications and encouragement every step of the way.

Barre is a low-impact, high-burn workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional movement to help improve strength, balance, and flexibility. You’ll use small, controlled movements to target specific muscle groups, especially core, legs and glutes.
Don’t worry if you’re new or unsure what to expect, every class is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. Our instructors will guide you through each section with clear cues and options to modify or challenge. You’ll leave feeling strong, steady and surprised by just how much you worked.

Our bike classes are rhythm-based, high-energy rides that blend cardio, endurance and strength training - all set to beat driven playlists that keep you moving. Each class is a full-body workout, choreographed to the music and designed to challenge every level - no experience needed.
Whether you’re new to cycling or a seasoned rider, you’ll be supported from start to finish. We’ll help you get set up, and you’re always in control of your pace and resistance. Expect to sweat, feel strong and leave recharged.

Our memberships are set up on auto-renewal. Each package will auto-renew on the date of purchase.

To cancel a membership, please email the studio at least 2 weeks prior to your next auto-renewal date so we can process your cancellation before the next billing cycle. Our email address is thebikebarre.ckvl@gmail.com.
At this time, we do not offer membership pauses or holds - but we’re happy to help you explore other flexible options like class packs if you need a temporary break.

Class participants must be 13 years or older. If you are 13-15 years old you must have an adult with you and a parent or legal guardian must sign the online waiver. Ages 16-17 do not require an adult to accompany them, but their parent or legal guardian must sign the online waiver.

Yes! We offer an unlimited monthly membership to Tennessee Tech students for $90/mo. Wings up!

Yes! We offer private event classes that are perfect for team bonding, sorority sisterhood events, birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties or just a fun private ride or barre class with your people. All private events are $250 - you’ll get to choose the class format (bike or barre), request playlist vibes, and even select your preferred instructor.
